DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Recent colored picture
  2. Copy of Birth Certificate
  3. Copy of Diploma, if graduate from Senior High School, or College
  4. Copy of Certification of Registration or Registration Form, if College Level
  5. Copy of Certificate of Enrollment that you are currently enrolled in Grade 12, if Senior High School graduating student
  6. Copy of School ID
  7. Copy of latest School Report Card with at least has a GPA of 83%
  8. Payment of non-refundable processing fee of Php 400.00 in cash on the day of the examination.
  9. For those availing the “Free College Entrance Examination Act or RA 12006”, a graduate or graduating student must satisfy the following qualifications and requirements:

    To avail of the “Free College Entrance Examination Act (RA 12006),” a graduate or graduating student must:

    • Be a natural-born Filipino citizen,
    • Belong to the top 10% of their graduating class,
    • Come from a family with a household income below the poverty threshold (as certified by DSWD and defined by NEDA).

    Required Documents:

    1. Certificate from Senior High School confirming top 10% class ranking.
    2. Certified DSWD certificate stating the family income is below the poverty threshold.

    Note: Failure to submit the required documents during admission will result in disqualification from the program.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Male or Female, Single
  2. Natural Born Filipino
  3. Physically fit
  4. Morally upright and has no derogatory record
  5. Born from 01-January-2003 to 31-December-2008
  6. Applicants must possess any of the following eligibilities;
    • College Level/ Graduate
    • Senior High School Graduate/Graduating Student
  7. Minimum height of 5 ft. 4 in. (162.5 cm) for MALE and 5 ft. 2 in. (157.5 cm) for FEMALE applicants
  8. Has a GPA of at least 83%
  9. Has never been officially admitted at MAAP
REMINDERS:

Please be advised that the National Merchant Marine Aptitude Test (NaMMAT) is not required during the MAAP Entrance Examination, which is the first phase of the admission process.

However, applicants may be required to submit their NaMMAT score during the Interview Proper, the second phase of the evaluation process.
