The ideal candidates for these courses are the Management Level officers so they can better understand the company marine/technical group activities with respect to their vessel and will result to a healthier working relationship between the ship crew and the ship management office or as a preparation to their eventual shift from sea to shore based careers as academic instructors or in ship management as Marine and or Technical Superintendents.
