- Deck and Engine Instructors (Management/Operational Level)
  • Graduate of BS Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering
  • At least 2nd Officer or 3rd Engineer with shipboard experience
  • Not more than 60 years old
  • Attended the IMO Model Course 6.09 is an advantage
- General Education Instructors
  • Fulltime Instructors for Math, Physics, Chemistry, English, Filipino, Social Sciences and other General Education Subjects.
  • Must be a Masteral Graduate in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Sciences and other areas of specialization
  • Graduate of Master's Degree in the area of specialization
  • Not more than 60 years old
  • At least two years teaching experience in tertiary level
- Machine Shop Instructor
  • Male
  • Graduate of B.S. Marine Engineering, B.S. Industrial Technology/Educational Major in Machine Shop or any related Technical Course
  • Not more than 50 years old
  • Proficient in the use of machine shop tools, materials and equipment.
  • With teaching experience in Machine Shop and technical subjects
- Laboratory Service Engineer
  • Preferably Male
  • Graduate of B.S. in Electrical Engineering / B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Must be 23-35 years old; Single or Married
  • Knowledgeable in Electromechanical, Instrumentation and Control and preferably in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Able-Bodied Seaman / General Purpose
  • Male
  • Graduate of Associate or Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation
  • Not more than 50 years old
  • With 2 years shipboard experience equivalent to the position
- Staff Assistant
  • Not more than 30 years old
  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of any Baccalaureate Course
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Systems is an advantage
